每次转发, 救人无数. 半年来我每天做半个小时甩手运动. 结果不但脑中风不再复发, 其他疾病如慢性肾衰, 脊椎骨退化, 高血压, 便闭等疾病全部消失.我现在一身健康无病.为什么甩手运动能达到这么好的结果, 那是因为甩手运动能促进血液全身循环, 把营养物质和氧气们带到各个部位, 促进各个部位健康成长, 同时排除生病细胞.

然而,在2015年6月30日,李开复发微博称,“最近两次检查都看不到肿瘤了”,自己已经完全康复,肿瘤消失。
经历了这段癌症磨难,李开复在自己的微博上写下一篇感悟:“患上癌症后如何抗癌?我的抗癌心得”。其中就提到了这一点抗癌心得——每天做瑜伽或甩手功:两到三次。
其实,李开复所坚持的这套甩手操,最早源自《易筋经》,它适用面广,操作简单,通过牵拉手腕、手掌、足跟、膝部等12条筋脉,使其受到刺激而做伸缩运动,能增强血液在体内甚至是微血管的循环,直至人体末梢。
中医认为,在气血快速流通的作用下,一些坏死细胞、体内垃圾就会被排出人体。
而从现代医学的角度来说,甩手时可使全身肌肉松驰,扩张胸肺,增强血液循环,血液就会加速顺畅流通全身,给我们的健康带来很多好处。
1减轻肿瘤病人精神压力
根据实验证实,甩手运动能使大脑在有节奏的兴奋和抑制中,增强人体脑内啡呔的产生,从而达到镇静、安神、稳定情绪的功效。帮助肿瘤病人缓解压力,释放情绪。
2强健心肺功能
甩手过程能积极活动筋骨,有助于人体“手三阴经”(手太阴肺经、手少阴心经、手厥阴心包经)经络气血的循环与通畅,对心肺健康十分有益。
3有助于关节灵活
练习甩手操能促使肩肘关节及腰腿关节的活动及手臂的震动,一些肩膀酸痛的人,在坚持正确甩手一段时间后,疼痛也得到了一定缓解。
